This beautifully refinished PJ started it's life as a regular P bass back in 1979. But over the years some owners have done some things to it to improve the performance of this particular one. Of course nobody should ever do such cruel and horrible deeds, but here we are. The bass does sound great and plays really well and is very affordable because of the mistakes previous owners have made. Ah well, might as well give it a chance then. Benefit of the doubt and all that.
